These two paintings were inspired by my childhood and hometown. My first painting was on my 1st home ever, how it looked in my eyes and what it means to me. I love my hometown of Detroit, Michigan but there’s a lot of destruction going on and it’s becoming a fallen city. I want to highlight the acts that makeup my city and how in these times I’m proud and can see the bad in a beautiful light.
